The aerosol cans are made of tinplate, the technical dimensions are in conformity with the FEA 214 Standard. According to the customer's requirements the internal surface and the components can be lacquered inside-outside, while the lithogpraphy on the body can be printed in photo quality.

Since the cans are containers under pressure, the hermetic seaming is essential. In order to ensure higher safety, beside the manual water bath, we installed and operate a high pressure leak testing units from Bonfiglioli at the end of each lines. The aerosol cans are made with 12 and 15 bar deformation pressure and for request we are able to produce with 18 bar, too.

We are having 4 production lines at the moment on which we are able to provide the cans in 45 mm, 49 mm, 52 mm, 57 mm and 65 mm diameters.
